About Me

Computer Science and Engineering graduate from American International University-Bangladesh (AIUB), with a strong interest in web development, software engineering and IT operations.

At the AIUB IT Department I worked as an IT Assistant Intern, providing technical support across computer labs and research facilities. I handled hardware and software troubleshooting, workstation setup, operating system and software installation and basic network-related issues. Alongside IT support, I enhanced the AIUB IT Database Portal software, implemented new features, configured its Ubuntu-based server environment and deployed the system for departmental use.

I also developed and deployed a web platform for the Anandamoyee Alumni Association, currently used by 500+ users , and continue to support its maintenance.

Alongside development, I have research experience in AI and Machine Learning, with published work on Explainable AI and fairness in heart disease prediction. I’m now looking to grow through practical engineering work.

Worked on an existing web application, improving its functionality and resolving issues based on the organization's requirements. Developed and enhanced features using PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap, then deployed the application to a production hosting environment used by 500+ users. I also handle ongoing maintenance, bug fixing, updates, and technical support when issues are reported.

American International University - Bangladesh (AIUB)

Provided day-to-day IT support across computer labs and research facilities, including the AI Supercomputer Lab and Cyber Forensics Lab. Handled hardware and software troubleshooting, operating system installation, software configuration, workstation setup, and basic network-related issues. I also assembled and configured PCs for research labs, installed required software and drivers, and supported faculty and users with technical issues.

AIUB IT Department

Enhanced the AIUB IT Database Portal, an internal web-based system used by the IT Department. Implemented new features and improved existing functionality using PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Worked on authentication, role-based access control, user management, database search, inventory management, Excel export, and printable records. I also configured an Ubuntu-based server environment, prepared Apache and MySQL, applied practical security controls, and deployed the application and database on the department's private server.

Fair and Explainable Machine Learning Framework for Heart Disease Prediction

QPAIN 2026 Conference

Worked on a machine learning-based heart disease prediction system that focuses not only on accuracy but also on fairness, reliability and explainability. Compared different ML models such as Random Forest, XGBoost, SVM, Logistic Regression and Naïve Bayes using the UCI Heart Disease dataset. The best-performing models Random Forest and XGBoost achieved around 99.6% accuracy. Used SHAP and LIME to understand model decisions and analyzed fairness across different age and gender groups to make the system more transparent and trustworthy.
